FAQ Texas mandated classes

There will only be a refund if Texas Mandated Classes cancels your class. If the student fails to be present for all days of the course, the student will be disenrolled and will have to enroll again through alamocenter.org.

Yes, you can reschedule your selected class one time but only if your class HAS NOT already started.

The DOEP course is 15 hours for 5 consecutive (3) hour classes.

The DWIE course is 12 hours for 3 consecutive (4) hours classes.

Alamo Center will mail your course certificate to you along with a copy to DPS to clear your driver’s license from suspension . We keep a copy for our records.

Class starts promptly as scheduled. No late arrivals or absences are allowed. Please make sure you are available and committed to attending this important class.

Yes, however, for the final examination (in the last class), you will need a secondary device. You have to be visibly present while taking the exam.
